Hoa Lang: Sự Khởi Đầu, Hwarang: The Beginning (2016)

Hwarang: The Beginning (2016) is a historical drama series, also known as Hwarang: Khởi Đầu VietSub, that features many popular Korean stars including Park Seo Joon, Go Ara, Hyung-sik, and Choi Min-ho in leading roles. The show is scheduled to air in December 2016 on KBS2 channel and is expected to be a treat for fans of Korean historical dramas during the year-end festivities.

The main character of Hwarang: The Beginning is Sun Woo Rang, played by the talented Park Seo Joon. Sun Woo Rang is nicknamed "Dog-Bird" because he desires the freedom to dance and soar like a bird, while also living a regret-free life like a loyal dog. The drama depicts the lives of warriors in the Silla Kingdom. Five strangers, five young men, come together to form the Hwarang group.
