The City of Chaos (2019),also known as Hãn Thành VietSub, is a meticulously invested project that has not received much widespread recognition from Vietnamese audiences. Despite being a crime action film with an intriguing and captivating storyline, as well as a star-studded cast, the film quickly made an impact in the Chinese market when it was released on Iqiyi at the end of 2018.
